Hi, am working on flows for my New Year classes. My classes are 1 hour, I want to focus on mindful intention setting and breath focus. I have a few ideas but would really appreciate any suggestions, thanks �
Thanks Bernie, am working on resolves and acceptance so going for spleen/stomach asana and am going to offer students a pebble from a bag I have collected from the beach as a symbol of the seed of their resolve for 2020. Will also give them a recyclable label to write their resolve on and keep with their ‘seed/pebble' and suggest they may want to journal their journey with the seed. May use Paul Weller's Pebbles on the Beach as part of the soundtrack too ðŸ™�
