My interest in yoga began with Ashtanga classes in 1993 and I realised that I would never progress past the Primary Series because of my tight hips!
I started my teaching career in 2006 with a qualification in Freestyle Fitness Yoga and have taught a mixture of Sivananda, Ashtanga, and Yin at a UK weight loss retreat for 3 years. I was pleased to obtain my Yin Yoga Teacher Training certificate with Josh Summers in Boston MA in April 2011
