Michelle teaches from all that she has absorbed as a student embodying the natural flow of life. She is inspired by the eternal flow of movement, exploration of the sacred, the subtle body, poetry, and music.
Michelle's classes are creative and dynamic. They invite a turning within, an opportunity for contemplation and a waking up to all aspects of ourselves. She believes in the wisdom of the body, the guidance of the breath, and the experience of the heart, and that through yoga and meditation one can hear their own divine teachings.
Michelle has been teaching since 2001. She teaches yin yoga and vinyasa classes, as well as prenatal yoga and trance dance. She has done teacher trainings at Sivananda Yoga Vedanta ashram and at Wake Up Yoga in Philadelphia. Her teaching is deeply inspired by her studies with Sarah Powers, Paul Grilley and Shiva Rea.
