Chris has been a yoga and meditation practitioner since 2005. She teaches Restorative, Hatha and Yin Yoga - her Yin Yoga teacher was Bernie Clark in Vancouver. Chris specializes in sessions to reduce stress, cultivate a meditative practice and keep the body and mind supple . “Yoga has so profoundly touched me and changed my life that I want to share it and teach it - teaching yoga is very gratifying”. Chris teaches at YogaMala in Regina, a yoga studio in a restored historic bank building with hardwood floors and beautiful brick walls.
