Bio:
I have studied yin yoga with Sarah Powers, Elle Basten, David Fife and Bernie Clark. The practice fascinates me - both for its physical and emotional potential. I teach three to six yin yoga classes a week, assist Cathy Keenan and YYOGA in their yin yoga teacher training programs and recently released a series of online yin yoga videos. I will continue to educate myself about this practice and how I can help students achieve their goals through stillness in yin yoga.

That is a photo of me recently at the World Series of Poker in Las Vegas, where I got the honour of teaching yin yoga to professional poker players :) :) :)
