Hello, thank you for the opportunity to be listed in your Yin teacher directory. Below is the requested info:

Sagel Urlacher
Biddeford, Maine USA
sagel@sacrednatureyoga.com
www.sacrednatureyoga.com

As a lifelong educator and M.Ed., Sagel is passionate about teaching and believes anyone can do yoga and benefit from it. She teaches with the intention of empowering her students to be more at peace in their minds and at home in their bodies, and her hope is that they each experience the happiness they deserve. Sagel’s meditative approach to Yin Yoga provides deeper access to both body and mind and enhances our physical and emotional attention and intention on and off the mat.

Sagel has completed two 200hr Vinyasa teacher trainings with Amy Figoli and Master Teacher Jacqui Bonwell. Her desire to offer a complete practice led her to practice and teach Yin yoga, and she has taken two Yin teacher trainings with Josh Summers. She believes developing a practice that includes both Yin and Yang brings balance and harmony to our whole selves. She has studied meditation with Vietnamese Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, and enjoys sharing her studies with students, particularly around Mindfulness practices.
