I began practicing yoga in 2008 and quickly realized that yoga was so much more than just stretching. Strength. Flexibility. Stress release. Confidence. Balance. Then Yin Yoga complimented my hatha practice by providing a deeper sense of myofascial release and meditation; which has helped me with my everyday life. I thoroughly enjoy the yin/yang styles of yoga and look forward to sharing their benefits with you.
