Virginia Masse

Virginia Masse RYT500, BCST     Calgary

Virginia’s love & passion inspired yoga journey began in 2010. She knew her path to renewal was a calm Sympathetic NS through breath work, movement & stillness.

Virginia attended Yin Yoga training with Paul Grilley early on in her career & developed her own Dynamic Yin Yoga classes which offers a sense of spaciousness with layers of depth for unwinding to occur.

Virginia’s educational curiosity lies in the body's adaptive intelligence, within her unique practice blend of Thai Yoga Massage & Somatic Yoga/Movement, while incorporating acupressure, energy meridian lines, ball therapy and essential oils to assist in increasing flow & releasing chronic tension.

She shares a level of compassion & hope with students from pre & post chronic pain. Virginia maintains a light & flavourful class environment, with a sense for personal reflection and inner body awareness.
