Vicky discovered a love for the healing and restorative practice of Yin Yoga and how each held pose is an opportunity to practice mindfulness of the breath and body.
She teaches Yin and Chair Yoga classes locally and online with Skills & Learning.
As well as working with Qi, finding edges and softening her classes include breathwork, mindful attention and themes relating to cycles of the body and the environment.
