Tami Osiecki Asheville, North Carolina
Tami has been practicing yoga and meditation since 1995. Her 1st class was at the Yoga Shakti Mission in Palm Bay, Fl. where she was introduced to yin, it was simply called yoga. After several years of practice, Tami became a Yoga Therapist with Next Step Institute of Integrated Medicine where she learned much about the healing potential of yin. She is grateful to have attended Yin Yoga Workshops with Paulie Zink and Shala Worsley and continues to study and learn about this most amazing practice. Tami Osiecki has a Masters Degree in Education and is registered with The Yoga Alliance.
