I started teaching yoga after I completed 200h hatha training at Sivananda in India. I quickly realized that the style I’ve learned was not accessible to everyone and I started seeking for some tools that would allow me to work with people who might be a little bit challenged. My husband is an armless person and he got interested in practicing yoga. He became one of my biggest inspirations: to learn a style of yoga that would provide me tools to work with people like him.

I completed a 50h Yin Yoga Course with Sébastien Pucelle et Murielle Burellier in Geneva, Switzerland and it just deepened my desire to learn more about this practice. One year later I went to Vancouver, Canada to follow another Yin Yoga 50h Course with Bernie Clark who is one of my biggest influences. My mission is to make yoga accessible to the largest public. Nobody should be deprived from the benefits of this beautiful practice! It’s yoga that should adapt to the student and not the other way round.
