Shreya Prasad Austin
Shreya Prasad has practiced yoga for many years, however attending barre and vinyasa flow classes became too much on her body. She turned to yin yoga, a grounding practice that calms the mind and body. Shreya now enjoys teaching yin yoga and makes it accessible to her students by offering modifications. Shreya is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, and recently received her Yin Yoga Teacher Certification.
Shreya is a technical marketing professional with over 15 years of industry experience.
Shreya also serves as Lean In Austin’s Membership Committee Chair and Austin Women in Technology’s Social Media Manager.
