I sincerely care about educating my students and strive to give them the confidence to find their appropriate edge, mentally and physically. My enjoyment is very apparent in my instructions, in which I incorporate insight regarding the spiritual and physical benefits of yin yoga. My classes are infused by a holistic approach and I like to include different elements of nature like the seasons, 5-elements theory of Chinese Medicine, Yin & Yang, and everything that is interconnected with life.
My goal is that my students have been able to visit a deeper inner world by restoring inner balance so that they can leave the class in a relaxed way, mentally and physically.
