Rose Shaw

Rose Shaw    Liverpool

Rose’s background includes work as a breastfeeding counsellor for the NCT in which encouraging people to release with support had many parallels now with her yin encouragement of softness, stillness and steadiness.

Rose truly believes that the experience of yin should be accessible to all and through her affiliation with Macmillan Cancer, consultancy with premiership football clubs, and projects with the NHS continues to guide people towards gaining greater “yinsight” of their bodies and empowering themselves through surrender and the liberation yin can offer. Rose has an truthful love hate personal relationship with her daily yin practice and feel this honesty enables her to offer an affinity to her students and lighten without diluting this deep practice she is passionate about.
