Rachel Land    Queenstown
E-RYT500

Yoga has been a life-long practice for Rachel. She has been practicing yoga since the 1980s and teaching since 2011. In yoga, as in life, she seeks balance between strength and flexibility, movement and stillness, body, mind and spirit. So after years of emphasis on the physical challenge of power yoga & vinyasa, she felt drawn to the slower, more introspective practice of Yin Yoga. She studied with Mysan Sidbo in 2014 and Bernie Clark in 2015. Now an E-RYT500, she uses Yin Yoga as a powerful tool to balance the more active, heating, Yang aspects of the practice, both in group classes and one-on-one.
