Nina Pfeiffer

Nina Pfeiffer    Aarhus

Nina is a devoted Yin yoga practitioner and Teacher.  She has been practicing Yin since 2008 when introduced to Yin by Kim Eng. Since then, she has been studying Yin with Jo Phee and various other teachers.

She continuously study and practice and learn as a student, and her Yin yoga teachings are influenced and combined with meridian theory, and mindfulness. She loves to practice and share this quiet grounding practice, and find it to be a self compassionate antidote to a stressful and fast yang dominated lifestyle.

She values that the Yin practice provides balance between the feminine and masculine qualities in our body and mind, and is astonished, by how much Yin postures can influence the mind body network,  towards higher life quality: physically, emotionally and energetically.

Nina has been teaching different styles of yoga since 2005 at her own studio in Aarhus, Denmark. She offers classes and Teacher Trainings in Hatha Yoga, Yin and Restorative yoga.
