Michelle Supsic Glenside, Pennsylvania
Michelle has practiced yoga for more than 10 years. She was introduced to Yin Yoga in 2011 and began teaching Yin shortly thereafter. Yin is an important part of her personal yoga practice, and her goal is to create a space where others can experience it’s transformational power. In her classes, she brings a calm energy and encourages her students to be introspective and mindful of-and present in-mind, body and spirit. She teaches weekly classes as well as Yin Yoga workshops.
Michelle has completed more than 500 hours of yoga teacher training. Her studies include a 100-hour in-depth focus on Yin: anatomy, physiology, energy, philosophy and teaching. Her training also includes introductions to therapeutic massage and polarity therapy. Michelle is registered with the Yoga Alliance.
