Maurizio Caputo   Fort Lauderdale

I started practicing yoga over 15 years ago after attending a few meditation classes and realizing I needed a physical practice to be able to calm my mind. However, it was 10 years ago that I started a regular practice. In 2015 I immersed myself in a teacher training program at the Aananda School of Yoga in Fort Lauderdale. At the time I was not sure if I was going to start teaching yoga, since until then it was a very personal practice for me.

Initially, I started teaching Vinyasa and soon after I specialized in teaching Yin Yoga, attending Yin Yoga Level 1 and Level 2 training with Leslie Glickman from Yoga Journey. I currently teach Beginners Yoga and Yin Yoga at the Bombay Room Yoga Studio in Fort Lauderdale FL, where you can find me every Thursday and Saturday evenings.
