Lisa Wells

Lisa Wells M.Ed., RY-200    Annapolis

Lisa’s interest in yoga began over 15 years ago as a way to find some quiet space as a new mom. Over the years, her practice has evolved as her family has grown. Yoga has not only helped her manage her own chronic illness, but also live life in a more holistic way, allowing smoother navigation of the hectic and often complex paths of a working parent and caregiver. Lisa currently teacher yin and yin/yang classes at Shakti Studio on the Broadneck peninsula and small group classes at Evolutions. As an early childhood teacher and consultant, Lisa also uses yoga with her young students and with her teaching colleagues. When she is not practicing yoga, Lisa is keeping up with her two active teens, writing her blog/book, or finding time to be on the water or in the mountains.
