Lisa Anderson Winchester
Lisa Anderson is an RYT-200 since 2015. She teaches Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga classes weekly with a broad background teaching all life stages children to adults.
She is the owner of Yoga and You, LLC, at 122 South Meridian Street, Winchester, IN 47394. She will teach anywhere there is space and a place.
