Eva Polites

Eva Polites       Naperville

Eva recognized the benefits of yoga while recovering from a back injury. But only after discovering Yin Yoga the practice felt complete. Falling in love with Yin Yoga lead her to train as a yoga teacher, and eventually completed a 50-hour Yin Yoga certification under the instruction of Bernie Clark and Diana Batts.

Eva wants every student to understand that with an open mind and patience anyone can benefit from the practice of yoga, and that building a positive relationship between the body, the mind, and the breath helps to find balance, peace, and a harmony in everyday life. In her class she strives to create an environment where each student feels empowered and safe in the body they bring to the mat today, and every student can practice on the margin between effort and ease. There are no rules, no expectations, and no judgments.
