I began practicing yoga wholeheartedly in 2005. Inspired by the many benefits of the practice and with a focus on Yin Yoga, I began my yoga studies at Asheville Yoga Center in Asheville, NC. With a calming presence, I am enthusiastic to share all the many benefits that yoga has to offer. With focus on alignment and awareness, I invite you to stretch, strengthen, move energy, release tension and cultivate peace within. Breath control and relaxation techniques are coupled with focused asana to bring students into a state of mindfulness and relaxation in their practice that will branch out into their everyday lives. Yin can leave one feeling as if they just finished getting a massage. With the belief that yoga can help every individual lead a fuller and more satisfying life, I warmly welcome students of any and all levels and abilities to my classes.
