Ayumi Ito Richmond, B.C.
Born in Kanagawa, Japan. Met Yoga in 2003, Ayumi felt great after taking her first yoga class, and knew that this is her path. Start teaching yoga in 2008, and completed various styles of yoga training including yin yoga with Bernie Clark. Currently teaching in Vancouver BC, offers various levels and styles of yoga classes with both English and Japanese, to share her knowledge and experience to guide students to find their truth, health and happiness.
