Angela Perger Tarpon Springs
Angela combines Ayurveda and Yin Yoga to offer stillness and a connection to the rhythms of nature.
She is a certified Ayurveda Health Counselor and has been practicing Yoga since 2005. She teaches Yin Yoga workshops and courses in Tarpon Springs, Florida.
Her goal is to make Ayurveda and Yoga easy and accessible for everyday life. Personally, she has used Ayurveda and Yoga to heal from several autoimmune conditions and feels it is her dharma to share this with others.
