As part of my Health and Detox Coaching Program implementation, I was in the process of searching ways that will help others with stress relief.  I was very surprised how easy I can be calm and relax after Yin Yoga.

This is why I started looking for any opportunity to develop my skills in Yin Yoga and become a Yin Yoga teacher.  My dream came true in October 2018 when I completed the Yin Yoga Teachers’ Training provided by Nona Kim, in Vladivostok, Russia.

Now I’m passionate to lead Yin Yoga Classes in Almaty, Kazakhstan and being a part of the Yin Yoga Community.
