Rachel was brought up in a household where yoga was practised, has herself been practising since the 1970s and started teaching in 2008. She enjoys a variety of approaches to yoga and her regular classes reflect her own eclectic practice. Rachel has attended a variety of trainings and workshops over the years. She discovered Yin yoga in 2007, added it to her home practice and teaching, and completed a Yin Yoga Intensive training with Norman Blair in 2014.
