I teach a gentle Yin Yoga class that focuses on feeling your boundaries, becoming aware of your body and experiencing deep relaxation. This class is therefore also nice to follow with a Burn-out.
After I got a Burn-out myself, I was no longer able to follow my Hatha Yoga classes. Yin Yoga was the only form that I could still do. The lessons of my Yin Yoga teacher were magical and helped me enormously in my healing process. That’s how I fell in love with Yin Yoga. Yin Yoga has an influence on so many levels, not only on the physical level, but also mentally, energetically, emotionally and spiritually. It is simply a very beautiful form of yoga :).
