Kim Tompkins, M.A, R-DMT is a yoga and meditation instructor and Life Coach/Counselor who integrates Iyengar, Kundalini and Kripalu methods into her Yin approach to yoga practice. Individual and small group sessions promote self-knowledge, interconnection, expression and open inquiry to deepen the experience of life-long learning. She began her yoga studies in 1996 and journeyed through a variety of methods before landing her formal studies at Anahata Integrated Yoga Teacher Training. Kim holds a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology and Dance Movement therapy from Antioch University. She has 17 years of experience guiding people of all ages and abilities toward their own inner resources of wisdom, creativity and vitality.
