Elizabeth received her Yin Teacher Training 40 hour certificate in 2015 from Joe Barnett, senior student of Paul Grilley. She received her 200 (240) hour Hatha Yoga certification from The Himalayan Yoga Academy, RYS, in Rishikesh, India and teaches a variety of styles and students, including kids yoga, chair yoga, vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, workplace yoga.
