Corey has been doing Yoga since the age of 12. Used first to help condition his body for Tumbling & Gymnastics. By his 20’s he was using it to condition & heal his mind & emotions from anxiety, depression & trauma. Before he knew what Yin was, he gravitated to doing longer held postures in his room and rebound out of the stretch. When he discovered this was an actual style, he went straight to the source! He’s now studied with Paul Grilley & Sarah Powers several times & returns yearly to study with them to help deepen his own practice & teaching.
Teaching since 2009 with a 900+ hour Hatha Yoga teacher qualification, he has clocked up @1600 hours of Yoga specific training and is a qualified Remedial & Myotherapist. He continues to heal himself & guide others on their own path to self healing & self love.
