Cheri’s offerings include Yin Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Senior Yoga, Menopause Yoga and Guided Meditation. She specializes in yoga for women’s wellness to support women through midlife and beyond. Through her women’s yoga workshops and private classes, Cheri aims to inspire women to radiate lifelong well-being and healthy aging through yoga and meditation.
Cheri is committed to creating a safe and nurturing atmosphere for transforming the body and heart through yoga, breathwork, and meditation. The teachings of Bernie Clark, Paul Grilley, and Gabrielle Harris inspire her Yin yoga classes and workshops.
Cheri is a fully qualified yoga teacher with over 20 years of yoga experience. She has over 300 hours of Yoga Alliance accredited teacher training, including a 200-hour yoga teaching certification, a 40-hour Yin Yoga certification, a 20-hour Senior Yoga certification, and a 40-hour Menopause Yoga certification.
