Carolina has been practising yoga since 2002. She has practised and studied different yoga disciplines such as Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga and Anusara yoga. She is introducted into meditation and yoga in the tradition of Tibetan Buddhism with Isidro Gordi and Marta Moll. Her love for meditation led her to try Yin Yoga in Barcelona in 2008, later she trained with Mariona Royo and Sarah Powers, with whom she continues to study through Insight Yoga Institute.
