kettlebell

good day bernie,

noticed you mentioned you have a kettlebell routine. would you mind sharing what it is? there are a lot of kettlebell routines out there, am not sure what direction to go.

starting to settle yin into my home practice, doing 3 yin's a week, staggered by three vinyasa's a week, and seems to be working fine now. combined daily with, warm up, pranayama, and meditation, coming in at about three hours in the morning, which, for now, is doable.

I do the basic swing (technique is important! Check it out here, but even better is to get an instructor to watch you. I also do a clean and press. (Check out #18, 27 and 29 here.) Finally, I do a suitcase carry exercise.
