noticed you mentioned you have a kettlebell routine. would you mind sharing what it is? there are a lot of kettlebell routines out there, am not sure what direction to go.
starting to settle yin into my home practice, doing 3 yin's a week, staggered by three vinyasa's a week, and seems to be working fine now. combined daily with, warm up, pranayama, and meditation, coming in at about three hours in the morning, which, for now, is doable.
