Rena Wren RYT 200 Little Rock
Rena received her RYT200 with Courtney Butler at Balance Yoga & Wellness and is currently earning her 300 hour yoga registration also with BYW. Recently, she has studied with Seane Corn, Amy Ippoliti, Bernie Clark and Diana Batts. She has experience teaching several styles of yoga, including Yin, restorative, hatha, vinyasa flow, hot yoga, private individual and corporate classes, yoga therapy and has led intensives in Chakra-Balancing Yoga, Detox Yoga, and Stress Relief Yoga. She is passionate about teaching and sharing the benefits of a yoga lifestyle and enjoys helping people help themselves by opening the door to connections among mind, body, and spirit. She strives to teach others how to incorporate yoga and meditation into their daily lives to cultivate peace, calm and balance. Rena is also a professional singer/songwriter and enjoys vegan living and supporting animal rights.
