Maylin has over 400 hours of training in Yin Yoga with founder Paul Grilley, Sarah Powers, Bernie Clark, Jo Phee, and Michelle Finch. Her yin training covers anatomy and skeletal variation, myofascial release, meridians/ chakras, and meditation. Maylin completed her 300 hour program in Yin and Functional Vinyasa with Exalt Yoga, where she has learned to apply the lessons of skeletal variation to a functional approach of teaching vinyasa yoga.
She also trained in Pain Care Yoga, Pelvic Floor Yoga, Prenatal/ Postnatal Yoga, and Reiki. Maylin strongly believes in making yoga accessible to all body types and conditions and works closely with her students to find the variation of the poses that work for them.
Maylin offers teacher training, workshops, classes, and private sessions.
