I trained in yin yoga with Bernie Clark in 2015 and often use yin in my therapeutic practice. I teach yin classes with an emphasis on easing stress as well as creating greater freedom at each bodies own depth and time. The focus of my teaching is to increase awareness of the body, and cultivated a relaxed body and mind. I’ve practiced yoga since 1968 while in high school.
