In my classes I aim to provide a space where students can take some time to look a little deeper inside, to feel and explore their bodies, whilst allowing the “buzz” of daily life to take back stage. Discovering that Yin time is as valuable as the more active and dynamic approach in every aspect of life can be a remarkable discovery and physically softening and unwinding tensions, allowing the mind to settle and clear, and finding a way to be at ease even with discomfort, can be a wonderful first step taken towards meditation.
