Sakina Monbrun Khan Colomiers
Sakina was born in Goa, east south of India and has been living in France since 1995. She has been practicing yoga for over 30 years. She discovered yoga when she was a child at school in Goa. She started to deepen yoga and meditation at the age of 19. She learnt different styles of yoga in India and in France.
The first time she discover Yin Yoga, in 2018 , she became a big fan of it. She noticed the benefits of this new practice on her body and mind and the total wellbeing benefits of Yin yoga.
In 2024 she trained in Yin Yoga with Bernie Clark and since then she leads Yin Yoga practices in her 2 yoga studios in Toulouse and in Colomiers.
She loves teaching yoga and sharing her knowledge not only about yoga but also wellness and natural health.
