I’ve been teaching yang yoga for several years. In addition to the benefits of my regular yang practice & teaching, I needed to go further on my personal journey of self discovery, personal growth and life balance.
Certified Yin Yoga Teacher with Bernie Clark & Diana Batts in July 2019 @ Semperviva Studio, Vancouver, I’ve learned that « There’s no such thing as one perfect alignment of a pose ». Because every « body » is different, my focus is to guide my students through series of SAFE & ADAPTED asanas offering them a chance to experience awareness of their body and helping them to turn inward for a self-exploration journey…
I’m currently studying « functional approach » of yoga with Paul Grilley in order to teach safe and effective yoga.

After reading « Your Body, Your Yoga » I had one obsession : to attend Bernie Clark’s Yin Yoga teacher training!
It exceeded all my expectations by shifting my perception on how to teach yoga shining a new light on my personal and professional practice.
The light of self-respect, acceptance and in depth consciousness about one’s body abilities.
After years of teaching the art of alignment in the Yang side of the force, I opened the door to a new understanding of how to embody my practice. Yin and Yang has become the two axis of my yoga on the mats as well as in my daily life.
Yin helps me to improve my Yang classes and Yang keeps me in the energy of flow.
Bernie taught us we are always free and this is that freedom I want to pass on to all my Yingsters and Yangsters mates.
The journey to yoga is endless and and I am honored to share my new insights with my students.
