Zachary has been a massage therapist, acupuncturist, and yoga instructor since 2010. He teaches beginner-friendly classes that combine postures, breath, and meditation. With more than 500 hours of yoga teacher training.
Zachary is certified to teach a number of different styles of yoga, including Hatha, Bihar, Yin, Restorative, and Kundalini. When you attend one of his classes, you can expect a mindful, slow-paced sequence that will focus heavily on relaxation and stress reduction.
