Yasaman Avazpour

Yasaman Avazpour    New Plymouth

Yasaman is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher with over 15 years of teaching experience, offering classes in both English and Persian. She teaches Yin Yoga at Reva Yoga in New Plymouth and also offers private online and in person Yin sessions for students seeking a more personalised practice and she also has a group yin yoga class (online) in Persian language.

Yasi integrates Buddhist philosophy into her teaching, creating space for deep reflection, mindfulness, and inner connection. Her approach is grounded, accessible, and supportive of each student’s unique journey.

Through breath-centered awareness and thoughtful movement, she invites students to slow down, listen within, and reconnect to their natural stillness.
