Yael Flusberg ERYT-500 Washington, DC
Yael Flusberg has taught Yin Yoga since 2007. She spent more than 200 hours studying with Paul Grilley and Sarah Powers. Her personal experience with Yin Yoga as it helped to alleviate physical and psychological trauma inspired her to become an Integrative Yoga Therapist (800 hours). In addition to group yoga classes, she offers workshops, retreats, and private yoga therapy sessions, particularly around times of transition, stress and loss. Yael’s teaching incorporates other healing modalities, including biofeedback, energy healing, coaching, and poetry.
