I guide students in Yin Yoga & Emotional Healing, combining mindful movement with a deep understanding of the body, emotions, and the nervous system. My teaching is rooted in classical Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and trauma informed teaching, which informs how I work with meridians, fascia, and the body’s natural capacity for balance and self-healing.
Yin Yoga postures are held gently and mindfully, allowing space for stillness, inner listening, and emotional release. Through breath awareness, subtle movement, and supportive elements such as aromapressure and sound, my classes create a safe environment to down-regulate the nervous system and restore inner stability.
I offer trainings, group classes, one-to-one sessions, online formats, and workshops. This practice is especially suitable for those seeking a slow, nourishing, and therapeutically oriented approach to yoga that supports emotional resilience and overall wellbeing.
