I serve a delicious 60-minute Yin Yoga class where we start with grounding and breath work, make our way to hip openers and backbends, and make our way to peaceful reclined postures. Class includes a playlist of sound bowls & light chanting.
My intention for class is to take you for a joyful cruise, leaving you feeling gooey on the inside.
