Wendy brings a holistic approach to her teaching which has been influenced by 18 years of studying Hatha Yoga, Shamanism, Ayurveda, Reconnective Healing, Life and Spirit Coaching, & the beauty of Yin Yoga. Her teaching flourishes as she is a perpetual student in this spiritual world.
Having always been drawn to nature, Wendy’s Yoga teacher training took place at an Ayurveda Center in the Himalayan Mountains of India, and it was there she saw clearly her past life as a yogi. Coupled with yin & yang yoga, she uses her gifts to help her students get unstuck and flow with nature’s current. She leads workshops & retreats across the world taking her students on spiritual journeys to see the guru within each of us.
