Vivian teaches clients to use stillness, movement, breath and meditation to rehabilitate the body, mind and soul. Vivian has a yoga approach of healing from within. Experienced with clients that suffer from anxiety, insomnia and stress to find restful sleep and to calm the mind.
She believes in mindfulness or as she says, “Enjoying the little things we often walk past without a glance.”
Vivian can assist and empower you to heal through yoga and devotes her spare time in attending yoga teachings and learning new yoga techniques and approaches
