I have enjoyed a personal yoga practice for over 15 years, exploring various yoga styles including Ashtanga, Flow, Bikram, Hatha, Restorative and Yin.
My pathway to teaching began with Yin Yoga Teacher Training (RYT200) with Jo Phee & Joe Barnett and Paul Grilley’s Functional Approach to Yoga. These studies deepened my knowledge of functional and Yin yoga, anatomy and bio-mechanics and allowed me to develop a teaching style which is safe, accessible and effective for all students.
I have continued my yoga education in specialised topics of interest, including the links between Chinese Medicine and Yoga (Jo Phee, Jennifer Rayes) and Meditation (Bernie Clark & Nathalie Keiller).
I currently offer private yoga classes, and share my passion for functional yoga with free yoga classes on YouTube – Yogi.Moksha.
