I came back to a regular yoga practice in 2010. I had constant low back pain and was experiencing a great sense of discord from my body. Yoga helped with the physical issues and provided a road to body acceptance, but what kept bringing me back to my mat were the deeper divine connections and energetic experiences. Wholeheartedly I appreciate many aspects of yoga – beyond the asana. I gravitate toward Yin Yoga for deep breath work and discovering all the in-between moments in subtle movement. I started teaching a Yin style yoga class in April of 2013, and now I am a full time yoga teacher offering many Yin classes a week. I am a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher and certified in “Yoga for All” and Pilates. I am currently working on my 500 hour training.
