Trine Hedegaard Copenhagen
Trine is an endorsed Insight Yoga Teacher and IYI mentor. She has studied with both Sarah Powers and Paul Grilley. She lives in central Copenhagen with her family, where she runs the Yogini Yoga Studio, and teaches weekly classes, workshops and retreats. Trine is a devoted student of Yin Yoga, and she is welcoming you on the yoga mat.
