My interest in Yoga goes back a long time. After taking lessons for many years, I started the Yin-Yoga teacher training. I did this at Yoga4U, where I met Emrik and Catherina. With these great teachers I finished the Yin-Yoga teacher training 1, 2 and 3 as well as Chakra Yoga. Starting early 2012, I've been teaching Yoga myself. The results are very rewarding and inspiring. Meanwhile I started a teacher training for Power Yoga. I did this with Tonnie Goes, following the Baron Baptiste method. So now my lessons are more Yin an Yang, combing the Yin and Power Yoga. I stay open for other disciplines, like the Do-In style. My journey goes on, care to join me?
